Register

November 9-13

Join this free, online art teacher conference with presentations from art educators to energize you and engage your students, all from the comfort of home!

The conference offers sessions from real art educators, including me, who share their knowledge, passion, and expertise with the art education community.

My workshop focuses on printmaking techniques that can be adapted for at home learning or in the classroom on a tight budget. In this workshop, I’ll show you several methods that you can use whether you’re teaching online or in person. Discover common pitfalls and how to address them. Follow along and make your own prints with me or simply watch and learn. In addition to techniques, I’ll be sharing inspirational artists I connect to my lessons with a focus on living women and Black, Indigenous, and artists of color. My workshop covers 7 printmaking methods and encourages hands-on participation. Come make prints with me!

Last summer, over 8,000 art educators tuned in to watch 50 incredible presentations over 5 days for the first ever Call to Art Un-Conference.

We talked about artworks, STEAM, TAB, equality and inclusivity, working with clay, teaching online, classroom management, and so much more. The art education community came together to support one another during a time of great uncertainty.

For many of us, this school year is still filled with uncertainty and our calendars are blank instead of filled with opportunities for conferences, connections, and professional development.

The call to art is louder than ever. Our students need us, and we need each other. That’s why I’m thrilled to be part of the second Call to Art Un-Conference!

It is FREE to attend during the conference from November 9-13. When you register, you have the option to grab an on-demand pass for extended access and PD certificates for each session. I can’t wait to virtually see you there!

I’ll email you! I’m actually not sure how it works through the conference site, either. 🙂

I don’t understand either! Please email them to me, too. Thanks!

I only realized last night that each presentation is only available for very specific hours on one day (I tried to catch up after my daughter’s bedtime here in PST and missed a lot because of the 8pm CST cut off). I’ll share a link to the download here soon!
